He paid close attention to detail from listening to what features I wanted in the final purchase to prioritizing the order that processes must occur and attending to the inclusion of the inspection in the modification of the final sale price. He was one step ahead of me in all phases of the purchase without being intrusive yet being very available for questions and concerns. He was instrumental in obtaining additional concessions from the seller in my deal when other realtors in my building could not even close any deals in a timely fashion. He also provided additional resources and support and worked well with the selling realtor beyond the sale of the condo. I highly recommend his professionalism.

From the first phone call, through closing, Victor was on top of every aspect of the transaction. His hard work and dedication resulted in my getting the highest price ever paid for a 2-bedroom in my development. Due to COVID, I was not able to get down to Florida for any piece of the transaction. Victor handled it all, from cleaning the unit to repairing the AC to producing an exceptional video.
